Eligibility: The give yourself a bonus sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are eligible River clients at the time of entry, are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida, Rhode Island, New York and Nevada, and are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of River Financial, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Direct Deposit Eligibility: For purposes of this Promotion, the following definition applies: “Qualifying Direct Deposit” means a payroll deposit of at least one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) made directly by a client’s employer into the client’s River account. Qualifying Direct Deposits expressly exclude deposits made by the client, deposits made by third parties, peer-to-peer transfers, government benefits (including, without limitation, unemployment insurance, Social Security, disability benefits, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), or any other form of public assistance), or any other non-payroll source.
How to Enter: The Promotion begins at 10:00 AM ET on November 06, 2025 (“Start Date”) and ends at 5:00 PM ET on January 2, 2025 (“End Date”) (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within the Promotion Period, except as otherwise specified below.
Direct Deposit Entry: Each eligible client who receives one or more Qualifying Direct Deposits from an employer during the Promotion Period will earn entries into the Promotion equal to the total dollar amount of all such Qualifying Direct Deposits received (e.g., two deposits of $500 each = 1,000 entries). For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) entry is awarded for each one (1) U.S. dollar received via Qualifying Direct Deposit. Clients may accumulate entries from multiple Qualifying Direct Deposits during the Promotion Period; however, no client may earn more than 100,000 entries in total.
Referral Entry: Each time an eligible client refers a new client using their unique referral link, and the referred new client (i) successfully signs up for a River account during the Promotion Period, (ii) sets up a Qualifying Direct Deposit before the End Date, and (iii) receives at least one (1) Qualifying Direct Deposit during the Promotion Period, the referring client will earn ten thousand (10,000) entries, and the referred client will earn one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1) received through all Qualifying Direct Deposits during the Promotion Period. No client may earn more than one hundred thousand (100,000) entries in total.
Entry Limits: In no event may any client earn more than 100,000 entries in aggregate from all methods of entry (including Direct Deposit Entries, Referral Entries, and AMOE).
Rounding of Entries: For purposes of calculating entries, any amounts resulting in fractional entries will be rounded down to the nearest whole entry. For example, if a client receives a Qualifying Direct Deposit of $1,000.99, it will be rounded down to 1,000 entries for the Promotion.
Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter the Promotion without setting up a direct deposit or making a referral, eligible participants may submit a handwritten entry by mail. To do so, print your full name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email, and a 400–800 word explanation of how getting paid in bitcoin will benefit you on a single sheet of paper. Place the completed entry in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope and mail it to:

Each properly completed and received mail-in entry will count for 1,000 entries into the Promotion. All mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor by December 20, 2025, to be eligible. Limit one mail-in entry per day.
Entries must be entirely handwritten, legible, and may not be mechanically reproduced, typed, photocopied, or electronically generated in any way. Illegible, incomplete, misaddressed, late, or lost entries will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, misaddressed, or postage-due mail-in entries.
Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive $5,000 in Bitcoin (BTC). Total prize pool: $25,000. All prizes will be deposited in Bitcoin into the winner’s River account, with the BTC amount determined based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transfer. In addition, Sponsor will continue to award bonuses under its existing referral program, which provides a maximum $100 bitcoin bonus to both the referring client and the referred client once the referred client reaches $10,000 in bitcoin buy volume on River. These referral program bonuses are independent of, and in addition to, the sweepstakes prizes described above.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries before the End Date. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information associated with their River account. Winner must have an open River account in order to receive the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first attempt, an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one (1) prize per individual. Once a participant has been selected as a winner, they are not eligible to win another prize in this Promotion, even if their name is drawn multiple times.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical, or other automated means are void. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for errors in any advertising or administration of the Promotion.
